Where is the data hosted?
Hosting is planned in the European Union. Candidate consent, retention rules and deletion on request are designed in from version one.
Does the AI decide for me?
No. It shortlists, explains every score and flags its limits. The decision stays yours, and you can turn it off entirely.
Do candidates need an account?
No. A simple form, a résumé upload, an instant confirmation. That’s it.
Can I import my existing applications?
Yes: CSV import, with column matching, a preview before you confirm, duplicate detection and a line-by-line report. Google Sheets and bulk résumé import are coming.
What do AI credits cost?
Every plan includes a monthly quota. Any action shows its credit cost before it runs, no surprise spend.
What if I leave?
